Domus Recruitment are working with an established organisation within the Learning Disability and Autism sector, who are seeking an Interim Project Development Lead to support an exciting period of transformation and service development across Flintshire and North Wales. This role will focus on reimagining day opportunities, developing new services and creating meaningful pathways into employment, skills development and greater independence for people with learning disabilities and autism. Key Responsibilities: Lead projects focused on the development and transformation of day opportunities. Support the development of a new autism service. Review existing services and identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Develop person-centred training, skills and employment programmes. Create pathways into work experience, employment and community opportunities. Work closely with people supported, families, commissioners, Local Authorities, education providers and community partners. Develop project plans, implementation plans and risk assessments. Monitor outcomes and demonstrate the impact of projects. Ensure services remain safe, compliant and focused on positive outcomes.Requirements: Project management qualification or equivalent experience. Proven experience delivering successful projects. Experience working with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism, ideally within health, social care, education or supported employment. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Creative, ambitious and solution-focused approach to service development.
