We are recruiting for a Deputy Manager to help lead a domiciliary care service in Formby. Join a supportive franchise offering hands-on guidance, so you can lead with confidence from day one.

Deputy Manager Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations of a domiciliary care service, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care
  • Building and maintaining relationships with local authorities including Sefton County Council
  • Assist in the responsibility of staff, to plan, allocate and evaluate the workload of all staff
  • Embedding strong leadership, culture and accountability across the branch
  • To ensure training needs of all staff are met effectively, implementing inductions and onboarding processes
  • Identifying opportunities for business growth across private and NHS referral streams
  • Ensuring full compliance with CQC standards and improving governance processes
  • Covering on-call duties

Deputy Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager or Care Manager within domiciliary care
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks
  • Experience in supporting a domiciliary care business
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
  • Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle
  • Experience in digital systems
