Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong clinical leadership within the home, ensuring the highest standards of nursing and person-centred care are delivered at all times.
  • Support and mentor nursing and care teams, promoting best practice, clinical excellence, and continuous professional development.
  • Oversee and monitor care plans, risk assessments, medication management, and clinical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead on clinical governance, audits, safeguarding, infection control, and quality assurance processes throughout the service.
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, NMC guidelines, company policies, and all relevant legislative requirements.
  • Work closely with the Home Manager to improve clinical performance, occupancy, and resident satisfaction.
