Responsibilities
- Ensure that quality standards are always maintained and drive for continuous improvement.
- Ensure that all audits are carried out to the highest of standards and fully compliant.
- Practise maximum integrity in all dealings with service users' personal and financial affairs to build and maintain trust.
- Effectively manage staff through coaching, mentorship and development to inspire, motivate and lead the team, dealing effectively with performance issues when they arise, maintaining staff supervisions.
- Maintain control of the budgetary spend through regular monitoring.
- Passionately and effectively manage relationships with service users, their families, and people within the local community and with professional colleagues.
- Reporting to Operations Director.
Requirements
- Essential:
- Exceptional Knowledge in the Elderly Healthcare Sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, deliver improvements, and sustain compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Longevity and stability in previous management roles.
- Trustworthy, kind management style.
- Proven experience in improving or maintaining CQC Rating.
- Desirable:
- Passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care.
- RMA/NVQ 5 or equivalent - completed or enrolled.
- 60 praise/30 questions/10 feedback management style.
