Responsibilities

  • Ensure that quality standards are always maintained and drive for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that all audits are carried out to the highest of standards and fully compliant.
  • Practise maximum integrity in all dealings with service users' personal and financial affairs to build and maintain trust.
  • Effectively manage staff through coaching, mentorship and development to inspire, motivate and lead the team, dealing effectively with performance issues when they arise, maintaining staff supervisions.
  • Maintain control of the budgetary spend through regular monitoring.
  • Passionately and effectively manage relationships with service users, their families, and people within the local community and with professional colleagues.
  • Reporting to Operations Director.

Requirements

  • Essential:
  • Exceptional Knowledge in the Elderly Healthcare Sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams, deliver improvements, and sustain compliance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Longevity and stability in previous management roles.
  • Trustworthy, kind management style.
  • Proven experience in improving or maintaining CQC Rating.
  • Desirable:
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care.
  • RMA/NVQ 5 or equivalent - completed or enrolled.
  • 60 praise/30 questions/10 feedback management style.
