Are you an ambitious Registered Nurse looking to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable and successful care provider as they expand their Complex Care services across Essex. Based in Chelmsford, you will play a key role in developing a growing clinical service, supported by an established domiciliary care business and an experienced team of five Clinical Nurses.

Ideal for an experienced Clinical Manager, this role offers the chance to drive service growth, build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver outstanding care while benefiting from a robust support network and established infrastructure.

Benefits:
  • £50,000 – £60,000 per annum plus bonus
  • 33 days annual leave (25 days plus 8 bank holidays)
  • Monday to Friday working pattern

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and growth of complex care services across the Chelmsford and wider Essex area
  • Complete comprehensive clinical assessments for individuals with complex healthcare needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with commissioners, case managers, healthcare professionals and families
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding and clinical competency assessments of care staff
  • Ensure all care packages are delivered in line with CQC regulations, clinical governance frameworks and company policies
  • Provide clinical leadership, supervision and support to care teams
  • Monitor service quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support business development activities to establish and grow the local clinical service
Essential Requirements:
  • Active NMC PIN registration
  • Previous experience managing within a complex care, community care or healthcare setting
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance and CQC compliance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and make confident clinical decisions
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in service development
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
