I am working with a Domiciliary Care provider in Boston Spa who are looking to recruit someone with a real drive to promote high quality homecare. Continual support from a well-staffed office. Care Manager Responsibilities: To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Directors. To promote the highest standards of person-centred care. To maintain the accuracy of data across all relevant platforms. To manage relationships with stakeholders. To promote a positive culture in line with the company values. To manage the business’ compliance. To manage clients’ care plans and to be responsible for ensuring safety and high standards for their ongoing care. To manage the development and retention of all care staff. To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards. Care Manager Requirements: Must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager in homecare. Must be willing to work toward/achieved an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
