An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join the leadership team of a well-established, family-run elderly care provider. This role is ideal for an experienced Registered Manager with a strong background in elderly care and a proven track record of leading a care home. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a medium-sized service, maintaining high standards of care while supporting the continued success and development of the home. The home is stable, has a strong staff retention record and received a Good CQC rating at its most recent inspection. Key Responsibilities of the Registered Manager: Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and operation of the care home.
