A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to develop and shape a new domiciliary care service. This isn’t a turnaround project; this is your chance to lead a new service and build a thriving domiciliary branch that delivers outstanding care across Bradford.

We’re looking for a confident and commercially minded Manager who can hit the ground running and take ownership of the branch.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the CQC registration process.
  • Grow hours through both local authority and private care packages.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with CQC regulations and company standards.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team of both office and care staff.
  • Establish the branch as a trusted provider within the local community.
  • Develop processes and culture from day one.
  • Play a key role in the long-term success of the business.
  • Drive continuous improvement and maintain high quality.
Requirements:
  • Previous management experience within domiciliary care.
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements as well as experience in completing and submitting CQC registration applications.
  • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.
  • Proven ability to grow care hours and develop business.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Evidence of growing a domiciliary care service from start up/small base.
