We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead an established domiciliary and live-in care service in Aylesbury. This is an opportunity to join a growing provider with existing care hours, a strong infrastructure and the support needed to continue developing the branch.

Registered Manager Responsibilities:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary and live-in care service, ensuring safe and effective care delivery.
- Managing and developing office and care staff to drive performance, engagement and retention.
- Meeting with prospective clients and families, conducting assessments and converting enquiries into privately funded care packages.
- Building relationships within the local community to generate private enquiries, increase brand awareness and support branch growth.
- Maintaining high standards of CQC compliance, governance and quality assurance across the service.
- Working closely with the in-house recruitment and marketing teams to grow care hours and achieve commercial objectives.
Registered Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within domiciliary care or live-in care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance and governance frameworks.
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
- Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle.
