Responsibilities
- Gérer et développer des plans d’amélioration de la performance pour atteindre les indicateurs
- Promouvoir la sécurité et la santé au travail via formations et communications
- Collaborer avec les départements d’opérations, d’entretien et de service pour réaliser les priorités de l’usine
- Travailler avec les équipes des machines à papier et de préparation de la pâte
- Assurer le respect des règlements, normes HSE, convention collective et standards qualité et environnementaux
- Accorder une attention particulière à la fiabilité par la planification et l’ordonnancement
- Appliquer les principes d’amélioration continue pour résoudre les enjeux de santé, sécurité, environnement, qualité, production et coûts
- Key requirements
- Baccalauréat en génie chimique, mécanique, électrique ou domaine pertinent (ou équivalent par expérience)
- Minimum de 10 années d’expérience dans les pâtes et papiers ou dans un milieu manufacturier syndiqué
- Minimum de 5 années d’expérience en gestion
- Capacité à mobiliser les employés et collaborateurs pour atteindre les objectifs
- Bonne capacité d’assimilation et adaptation rapide en environnement évolutif
- Bonnes aptitudes de communication
- Bilingue anglais (obligatoire)
