Responsibilities
- Superviser les travaux d'usinage, de reconditionnement, de rectification et d'entretien
- Gérer les ressources humaines, financières, matérielles et techniques du secteur
- Veiller au respect des normes de santé et sécurité au travail
- Appliquer la convention collective et les politiques en vigueur
- Planifier et ordonnancer les bons de travail; vérifier la compréhension et la qualité
- Optimiser les tâches d’usinage et les programmes d’entretien; assurer le leadership et le développement du personnel
- Participer aux réunions de planification et optimiser l’utilisation des ressources internes et externes
- Key requirements
- Diplôme collégial ou diplôme professionnel en mécanique/usinage
- Expérience en supervision d’une équipe dans un environnement syndiqué (≥5 ans)
- Connaissance des appareils de levage (CSA B167) est un atout
- Maîtrise des logiciels de dessin technique et interprétation de plans mécaniques
- Excellentes aptitudes en leadership, motivation et communication
- Proactivité, esprit d’équipe et orientation client
