Signable is hiring for a Director of Product to lead our Product function and shape product strategy, commercial growth, solutions development and GTM execution.

We recently received a multi-million-pound investment from BGF to accelerate growth.

About the role

Signable is entering an exciting growth stage.

We are a profitable, investment-backed B2B Saa S business of around 65 people.

We’re looking for a Director of Product who has scaled products, teams, and ways of working in a growing Saa S business.

You will inherit an established Product function with three Product Managers leading cross-functional squads, supported by Engineering, Data and Commercial teams.

You will shape Signable's product strategy, ensure investments align with customer needs, commercial opportunities and long-term goals.

You will help evolve how we set objectives, measure success and translate strategy into measurable business impact.

This role spans Product, Commercial, Customer Experience, Engineering and Data to create solutions that solve customer problems, drive value and support revenue growth.

You will lead go-to-market activity for new products, capabilities and innovations and ensure adoption and commercialisation.

As we introduce AI-powered capabilities, you will shape our approach to AI innovation, adoption and governance.

We aim to integrate more deeply into customer workflows through integrations, APIs and embedded experiences, with a focus on workflow-oriented Saa S products.

  • What you’ll be responsible for
  • Product strategy and growth
  • Own Signable's product vision and long-term strategy and secure buy-in from SLT and Product & Engineering teams.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer needs and competitive threats and develop a plan to mitigate risks and maximise opportunities.
  • Ensure product investments support revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention and expansion, with clearly defined targets and measurement.
  • Solutions & Go-To-Market Leadership
  • Develop and lead go-to-market strategies for new products, features and AI-powered capabilities, including ICP and persona information.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Customer Experience to drive market adoption.
  • Define solution strategy, identifying opportunities to solve customer problems through products, integrations, partnerships and AI-enabled experiences.
  • Support decisions on pricing, packaging, positioning and market segmentation with a value-based approach in collaboration with Commercial and Finance teams.
  • Product leadership and operating excellence
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of 5 including Product Managers and Product Designers.
  • Evolve Signable's product operating model with KPIs and dashboards as the company grows.
  • Partner with the Head of Engineering to maintain operational excellence across the product lifecycle and ensure timely delivery.
  • Foster an environment where product managers can thrive through support, challenge and outcome tracking.
  • Product performance and business impact
  • Ensure product initiatives are aligned to company goals and growth targets; implement effective discovery and MVP approaches.
  • Develop reporting that provides visibility of progress, outcomes and business impact for leadership and investors.
  • Promote outcome-focused decision-making via customer insights, experimentation and data.
  • AI and innovation
  • Guide the introduction of AI capabilities, including use cases and value propositions.
  • Support decisions on AI pricing, packaging, governance and adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI responsibly across customer and business experiences.
  • Our ideal candidate
  • Experience as Head of Product, Product Director or equivalent leadership role.
  • Experience leading Product through growth in a B2B Saa S business, ideally 50–100 employees.
  • Experience in investor-backed or high-growth environments with metrics and reporting against strategic goals.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of Saa S growth drivers.
  • Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Customer Experience teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Experience developing high-performing Product Managers and product organisations.
  • Ability to think beyond features and adopt a solutions-led approach.

  • Experience launching AI-powered products in production.
  • Experience with workflow, automation or process-driven Saa S products.
  • Experience embedding products within customer workflows via APIs or integrations.
