- Delivering product demonstrations, installations, and customer training
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues remotely and on-site
- Configuring and supporting IP-based systems (e.g. VLANs, multicast/unicast, RTSP)
- Supporting integration of wireless and communication systems into wider networks
- Producing technical documentation and contributing to continuous product improvement
- Working closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions
What We’re Looking For

- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to troubleshooting
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to a range of audiences
- Customer-facing mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel regularly (UK, Europe, and occasionally worldwide)
Desirable:
- Experience in a field service, technical support, or pre-sales engineering role
- Background in defence, security, telecommunications, or similar environments
- Familiarity with RF or wireless communication systems
- Experience with video streaming/encoding technologies (e.g. H.264 / HEVC)
- Experience using network troubleshooting tools (e.g. Wireshark)
We’re open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including those leaving the armed forces, as well as individuals with commercial experience in a similar role.
Why Join DTC
- Work with cutting-edge communication technology used in critical environments
- Be part of a collaborative, customer-focused engineering team
- Opportunity to work across a wide range of technologies and real-world applications
- International exposure through travel and customer engagement
- Ongoing development and training, including support to build RF domain knowledge
