About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Stock Condition Surveyor to join our growing team in the South West England and Avon. This is a full‑time employed position offering the opportunity to work on a variety of residential projects, delivering high‑quality assessments and surveys.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Stock Condition Surveys across residential properties
- Maintain accurate data collection and reporting standards
- Engage professionally with residents, clients, and colleagues
- Ensure all work meets quality and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Level 3 Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment (DEA)
- Level 4 in Building Surveying/Building Maintenance
- Full Clean Driver’s License
- DBS checked or willing to undergo a DBS check
- Level 3 or 4 Award in Retrofit Assessment (e.g. ABBE)
- Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency Measures for Older and Traditional Buildings
- Experience in Stock Condition Surveys
