About The Role:
We are looking for a confident and service-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of our restaurant, bar, and café at The Derby London City. You will play a key role on the floor, leading by example to deliver warm, professional service while supporting quality standards, team performance, and commercial targets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a flagship hotel opening and grow your career within a fast-paced, design-led environment where guest experience is at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the smooth operation of all F&B outlets, leading shifts and ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Supervise, motivate, and support team members to maintain high performance and engagement.
- Deliver consistently high standards of food and beverage service.
- Actively engage with guests to enhance their experience and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
- Support stock control, ordering, stock takes, and cost awareness to achieve departmental targets.
- Drive upselling and promotional activity to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, food safety, hygiene, and licensing requirements at all times.
- Support training of new starters and junior team members on service standards and product knowledge.

- You are flexible, adaptable, and thrive in dynamic operational environments.
- You bring a positive, professional attitude and strong spoken English skills.
- Experience with barista or basic cocktail preparation is a plus.
