Hampton by Hilton, London City is looking for a Guest Services Agent (F&B) to join their site in the historic Aldgate. Responding to strong demand for the Hampton by Hilton brand in London, the hotel opened in May 2023 through a partnership with Dominus Group. The hotel is a stone’s throw from Old Spitalfields Market, sandwiched between Shoreditch and the City, London's historic business district. Plans will revitalise the 1960s building with features that complement the surrounding historic architecture. The property opened with 129 guestrooms in May 2023, and built to 278 guestrooms, hence the opportunity to join a dynamic, well-performing team.

About this role:

  • Deliver warm, friendly and efficient service to guests across the Food & Beverage areas, creating memorable experiences at every interaction.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge to confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations.
  • Ensure all Food & Beverage areas are clean, organised and presented to brand standards.
  • Support the setup, operation and closing of service periods, ensuring all preparation and duties are completed efficiently.
  • Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally, escalating concerns where appropriate.
  • Process orders and payments accurately using hotel systems and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and hotel teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Comply with all food safety, health & safety and company policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by supporting different Food & Beverage outlets and service periods as required by the business.

About you:

  • Approachable, professional, and well-presented with an eye for detail.
  • Driven and passionate about delivering a great guest experience.
  • Has flexibility to work different shifts and patterns.
  • Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
  • Desire to deliver fantastic guest service in a friendly and helpful way.
  • Preferably has previous experience within the hospitality industry.
