The structure
The business is seeking a high calibre leadership team to from the premium PBSA sector who can lead different aspects of this newly forming team, including an expert Director of Sales and Marketing (PBSA).
Dominus Real Estate is a privately owned development, investment and operating business specialising in driving urban renewal through the delivery of student living, residential, mixed use and hotel schemes across London and in other major cities across the UK.
Dominus Real Estate’s hospitality business has been a major success, creating a market leading hotel portfolio from scratch, with an annual revenue of £100m. The business is seeking to replicate this achievement in the purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sector. There are currently 3 schemes under development in Central London (65 Crutched Friars, 65 Holborn Viaduct and 65 Fleet Street), which are due for completion in 2027 and 2028, and additional pipeline of c.1500 beds.
Skills and Experience
• The successful candidates will have led a complex, multi-asset, multi-service environment previously within their area of expertise
• Having had substantial experience within the premium PBSA market
• Deep understanding of how to create great customer outcomes and drive a culture of customer centric thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with a balanced technical knowledge
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organisational skills with an ability to distil critical, high value tasks
• Strategic thinker with good judgment and business acumen
