Dominus is seeking an Assistant Restaurant & Bar General Manager for Lost Property St. Paul’s, a Curio Collection by Hilton hotel in London.
In this hands-on leadership role you will support the Restaurant & Bar General Manager to drive outstanding guest experiences and commercial success across all outlets. You will lead the F&B management team, partner with the Head Chef, manage budgets and KPIs, and mentor colleagues while upholding Hilton brand standards and safety policies.
