We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to enhance our presence in Ireland. As a Senior Property Manager at Domino’s, you will play a crucial role in managing our property portfolio across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. You will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition, development, and maintenance of our retail locations, ensuring they meet our high standards and support our business growth. This role requires you to be on the ground, coming into deals, finding and securing sites, and opening stores with franchisees.

Success in this role looks like:

• Proven experience within a multi-site food, beverage, or retail environment, with a strong emphasis on the Irish market, is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of property regulations and standards in Ireland.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work remotely.
