We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Loyalty Manager to join our CRM team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative loyalty strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive repeat business. You will play a key role in optimizing our loyalty programs to ensure they meet the needs of our customers while contributing to the overall growth of the brand.

Success in this role looks like:

  • Demonstrated success in optimizing and creating loyalty schemes, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Loyalty management role.
  • Track record of successfully delivering end-to-end Loyalty platform implementations.
  • Familiarity with the Braze platform is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a demonstrated capacity to manage diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment.
