The Role: As a Shift Manager, you’ll take charge of store operations during your shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. You’ll be responsible for organising the team, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high operational standards. You’ll also play a key role in coaching and developing team members to help them reach their full potential.
