Responsibilities
- Strategy β Set the PR and organic social strategy (what, how and why). Ensure it is simple, motivating, customer centric and designed to deliver or exceed business KPIs.
- Campaign Briefing β Develop clear, motivating and customer centric campaign briefs designed to deliver or exceed business KPIs.
- Cross Channel Collaboration β Work closely with peers across earned media, paid media, partnerships and pricing from brief stage onwards to ensure campaigns feel big and seamless to customers.
- Stakeholder Engagement β Proactively engage all stakeholders at the right time and in the right way to ensure campaigns feel joined up and impactful.
- Campaign Leadership β Lead the campaign development process, ensuring work is on brand, on strategy and commands customer attention.
- Agency Management β Maximise value from agency partners through strong relationships, regular reviews of output, and continuous improvement of ways of working.
- Budget Management β Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget, constantly challenging costs to secure strong value for money.
- Team Culture β Foster a culture of psychological safety that enables team members and agency partners to do their best work.
- Measurement & Optimisation β Lead campaign measurement, including in-campaign optimisation and postβcampaign analysis. Share learnings to drive continuous improvement.
- People Development β Develop Assistant Marketing Managers, with the aim of preparing them to step into Senior Marketing Manager roles over time.
Compliance & Governance
- Comply with all legal and company health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Comply with all applicable UK and Ireland Data Protection and ePrivacy legislation, reporting any non compliance to the Data Protection team.
- Actively participate in Domino's performance development process to ensure skills and knowledge remain current and relevant.
