We’re now looking for a Senior Finance Manager – Process & Controls to play a pivotal role in strengthening our financial governance, enhancing process efficiency, and ensuring robust controls across the organisation. This role is critical to safeguarding the integrity of both financial and non‑financial reporting in a fast‑paced, market‑leading business with big ambitions.
Success in this role looks like:
- Senior‑level experience in financial controls, process improvement and governance, with at least 2 years post‑qualified experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of process improvement, control design, automation and audit‑ready documentation, with the ability to drive meaningful enhancements across finance.
- A fully qualified finance professional (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to step back, see the bigger picture, and prioritise effectively.
- Comfortable working independently and proactively, taking ownership of key governance and improvement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
- Experience with D365 or similar financial systems is beneficial.
