We're looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You'll play an important role in helping our Finance operation run smoothly by processing supplier invoices accurately, resolving queries and ensuring payments stay on track.

What You'll Bring

This role is perfect if you enjoy bringing structure, accuracy and organisation to busy finance processes. You'll be confident managing a high volume of work while maintaining attention to detail and providing excellent service to both internal stakeholders and suppliers.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

Experience working in an Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger position within a volume-driven business.
Confidence processing high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently.
Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
Strong communication skills and the confidence to work directly with suppliers and colleagues.
A proactive approach to resolving queries and investigating discrepancies.
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or another ERP system would be advantageous.
Good organisation skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks effectively.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be supporting the day-to-day delivery of Accounts Payable activities, helping ensure supplier invoices are processed accurately and payments are made on time. Working closely with suppliers and colleagues across the business, you'll help maintain accurate records and keep financial processes running smoothly.

Here's how you'll make a difference:

Processing, matching, coding and posting supplier invoices, averaging around 200 invoices each week.
Resolving invoice queries, reconciling supplier statements and investigating outstanding items.
Supporting payment runs while maintaining accurate financial records and following company processes.
