We’re looking for a Nutrition Compliance Technologist to join our Technical team, based in Milton Keynes with hybrid working. Reporting into the Food Regulatory Manager, you’ll take ownership of nutrition data across our supplier base and finished products, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance and consistency throughout the product lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone with a strong nutrition or food science background who enjoys working with data, regulations and cross‑functional teams - and who takes pride in getting things right.
What You’ll Bring
- A degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Dietetics or a related discipline
- Experience working in a nutrition, compliance or technical role within the food industry
- Strong knowledge of UK and EU food regulations, including FIC, nutrition claims and HFSS
- Experience working with nutrition datasets, specifications or supplier documentation
- High attention to detail, with confidence working accurately with complex data
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non‑technical audiences
- A collaborative approach and confidence engaging with suppliers and internal stakeholders
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the end‑to‑end process for collecting, validating and maintaining supplier nutrition data
- Challenging suppliers where information is incomplete, inaccurate or non‑compliant
- Maintaining a central nutrition database and ensuring finished product calculations are accurate and up to date
- Validating nutrition and ingredient information against regulatory requirements
- Supporting innovation, reformulation and NPD projects with accurate nutrition calculations and advice
- Monitoring changes in legislation and assessing impact on product labelling and declarations
- Supporting audits and responding to nutrition‑related queries across the business
