We’re looking for a talented Health, Safety & Environment Manager based in Warrington but with travel to other Supply chains in the North and Ireland when required. You’ll be the go-to expert for our Supply Chain Centres across the UK & Ireland. You’ll ensure we meet all safety standards while remaining fully compliant, leading from the front to drive a positive health, safety and environmental culture across all sites.
With your strong commercial awareness, sharp analytical mindset and confident decision-making skills, you’ll balance safety, operational demands, and business priorities to deliver practical, risk-based solutions that keep our people and operations safe. If you’re an experienced Hands-On Health and Safety Leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and always seeks to bring new ideas, technologies and innovative approaches to elevate safety performance, we’d love to hear from you.
Success in this role looks like:
- MUST hold NEBOSH General certification
- Formal Environmental Management qualification
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, standards, and best practice (e.g., ISO 45001 / ISO 14001)
- 3 years+ previous Health, Safety & Environmental experience in a similar role covering multi-site environments ideally within manufacturing and warehouse/distribution
- Skilled in risk assessment, incident investigation, and root cause analysis
- Confident leader with the ability to influence behaviours and promote a positive safety culture

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage different audiences including senior leaders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements
- Experienced in audits, inspections, emergency planning, and contractor management
- Proficient in HSE management systems and digital reporting tools
- Able to develop and deliver effective HSE training and campaigns
