What You’ll Bring

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Financial Analyst, with exposure to accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Part-qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and actively progressing through your studies
  • Strong working knowledge of management accounting processes, including variance analysis and reporting
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience working with an ERP system (e.g. Microsoft D365)
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
  • A proactive, organised approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the financial performance of our head office functions, working closely with Finance Managers and stakeholders across the business.
  • Producing monthly management accounts, including reporting and variance analysis for cost centres
  • Maintaining accruals and prepayments schedules, and completing balance sheet reconciliations
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, including cost centre planning and consolidation
  • Delivering clear financial insights and reporting packs to support decision-making
  • Supporting business partnering activity, helping stakeholders understand cost drivers and performance
  • Assisting with payroll reconciliation, audit processes, and group reporting activities
  • Contributing to continuous improvement in reporting, processes and data accuracy
