Our IT team plays a crucial role in ensuring our stores run smoothly.Success in this role looks like:You will be willing and able to participate in a shift pattern covering Service Desk hours of operation (early, lates, Days and night shifts) on a 4 on 2 off basis you’ll have a basic level of IT skills along with some experience of working in an IT Service Desk or a Call Centre equivalent role.Having an aptitude for working with IT applications/systems, you will be undertaking analysis, diagnosis and resolution of problems, which may range from straightforward to more complicated technical issues.
