Quality Assurance Manager (Part Time) – Cambuslang
Opening Pitch: At Domino's, your skills, ideas and judgement really matter. As our Quality Assurance Manager (Part Time) you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality and compliance across our Supply Chain Centre.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain and improve the Food Safety & Quality Management System (FSQMS) to ensure compliance with legal and internal standards.
- Carry out audits, product testing and verification activities, driving corrective actions where needed.
- Prepare for and manage external and internal audits, ensuring actions are followed through to completion.
- Experience working with food safety and quality management systems within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Conduct audits, inspections and compliance checks (e.g. GMP, hygiene, food safety).
- Interpret technical data and communicate it clearly to a range of stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships across operational and technical teams.
- Manage or influence others in a factory or operational environment.
Qualifications
- Food Science or Food Technology background (or equivalent experience).
- Confidence in carrying out audits, inspections and compliance checks (e.g. GMP, hygiene, food safety).
- Ability to interpret technical data and communicate it clearly.
- Strong relationship‑building skills across operational and technical teams.
- Experience managing or influencing others in a factory or operational environment.
