Interacting with patrons regularly and offering great customer service
Handling payments
Maintaining a high standard of food safety
Cost control (food, labour)
Reliable stock management
Consistent high levels of attendance and punctuality
Managing an effective and efficient team
A minimum of 1 year’s experience of working within a fast‑paced customer‑lead QSR, restaurant or other area of the hospitality sector
Flexibility with your working hours as our stores are predominantly busy in the evenings and on weekends
Excellent people skills including the ability to give clear instructions
Good written and verbal communication
High levels of problem‑solving, initiative and self‑motivation
A willingness to learn and a drive to succeed
Passion for providing excellent customer service
The ability to work as part of a team
Managerial experience is preferred yet not essential; we will support you to learn the skills and build the confidence you need to grow
