We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Coach to support the operational performance and training across multiple Dominos stores in the region. This is a hands-on field-based role ideal for someone who has strong knowledge of store operations, a passion for developing people, and a keen eye for driving consistent standards.
Role Summary: The Area Coach plays a key part in supporting store managers and teams to meet company expectations in the areas of customer service, food quality, image, operations, and compliance. You will act as a coach, trainer, and standards champion to help stores deliver excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit and support multiple stores on a structured rotation
- Deliver operational coaching, performance feedback, and hands-on training to team members and managers
- Ensure consistent execution of Dominos standards across all areas (service, image, product, hygiene, safety, and systems)
- Identify performance gaps and work with store leaders to implement improvement plans
- Assist with the onboarding and development of new managers and shift leaders
- Support new store openings, audits, and key store initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and help stores improve operational metrics

- Proven leadership experience in a Dominos environment
- Strong knowledge of Dominos operations and brand standards
- Excellent coaching, communication, and presentation skills
- Confident, approachable, and able to positively influence others
- Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a regional workload
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly between stores
