At Domino’s, your skills, ideas and judgement really matter. As our Senior Risk & Resilience Manager, you’ll play a key role in how we protect the business, respond when things don’t go to plan, and keep everything moving for our customers and franchise partners.
Based in Milton Keynes (hybrid – 2 days in the office), this is a role with real ownership. You’ll lead how we build and strengthen operational resilience across Domino’s UK & Ireland, helping teams stay prepared, think clearly under pressure, and recover quickly when it counts.

- Have supported or led incident or crisis management, coordinating activity and communication when it matters most.
- Build strong relationships across functions, working confidently with operations, technology, supply chain and finance teams.
