About The Role

As our Quality Assurance Manager (Part Time) in Cambuslang, you’ll play a key role in how we deliver for our customers and franchise partners — making sure the highest standards of food safety, quality and compliance are met across our Supply Chain Centre. This is a role where you’ll balance hands‑on site presence with strategic oversight — helping us continuously improve how we operate while protecting what matters most: our product, our people and our brand.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience working with food safety and quality management systems within a manufacturing or supply chain environment
  • Confidence carrying out audits, inspections and compliance checks (e.g. GMP, hygiene, food safety)
  • The ability to interpret technical data and communicate it clearly to a range of stakeholders
  • Strong relationship‑building skills across operational and technical teams
  • Experience managing or influencing others in a factory or operational environment
  • A Food Science or Food Technology background (or equivalent experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll act as the on‑site lead for quality, food safety and compliance — working closely with the wider teams to ensure standards are not only met, but continuously improved. Day to day, that looks like:

  • Maintaining and improving the Food Safety & Quality Management System (FSQMS) to ensure compliance with legal and internal standards
  • Carrying out audits, product testing and verification activities, and driving corrective actions where needed
  • Preparing for and managing external and internal audits, ensuring actions are followed through to completion
