You'll be responsible for managing product specifications from concept through to launch, ensuring compliance, accuracy and regulatory excellence every step of the way.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with exceptional attention to detail and a collaborative approach.

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience managing the end-to-end specification process within a food manufacturing, retail or foodservice environment.
• A degree-level qualification in Food Science, Food Technology or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of legal food labelling requirements, allergens, nutrition and food composition.
• Significant experience reviewing, validating and approving packaging artwork and consumer-facing product information.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information for a variety of audiences.
• A meticulous approach and the confidence to challenge inaccuracies when reviewing technical documentation.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with specification management systems and technical databases.
• A proactive mindset and a desire to continuously improve ways of working.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Specification Technologist, you'll be responsible for ensuring all product specifications, labels and technical information meet regulatory requirements and Domino's standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing product specifications from initial supplier submission through to final approval and ongoing maintenance.
• Creating, reviewing and updating specifications for ingredients, pizza toppings and finished menu items.
• Maintaining technical databases and ensuring specification information remains accurate, current and accessible.
• Reviewing and approving legal labels, packaging artwork and consumer-facing product information.
• Working closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams including Innovation, Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Supporting the introduction of new products and ensuring technical data is launch-ready.
• Monitoring changes to legislation and industry requirements and implementing updates where required.
• Supporting internal and external audits by ensuring all documentation is compliant and audit-ready.
• Investigating specification discrepancies and supporting corrective actions where necessary.
• Providing technical guidance and support across the business on specification-related matters.
