Quality Assurance Manager (Part Time)
Shape how we deliver delicious, every day. As our Quality Assurance Manager in Cambuslang, you’ll play a key role in how we deliver for our customers and franchise partners — making sure the highest standards of food safety, quality and compliance are met across our Supply Chain Centre. This is a role where you’ll balance hands‑on site presence with strategic oversight — helping us continuously improve how we operate while protecting what matters most: our product, our people and our brand.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience working with food safety and quality management systems within a manufacturing or supply chain environment
- Confidence carrying out audits, inspections and compliance checks (e.g. GMP, hygiene, food safety)
- The ability to interpret technical data and communicate it clearly to a range of stakeholders
- Strong relationship‑building skills across operational and technical teams
- Experience managing or influencing others in a factory or operational environment
- A Food Science or Food Technology background (or equivalent experience)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintaining and improving the Food Safety & Quality Management System (FSQMS) to ensure compliance with legal and internal standards
- Carrying out audits, product testing and verification activities, and driving corrective actions where needed
- Preparing for and managing external and internal audits, ensuring actions are followed through to completion
