We are seeking a highly dedicated and organized Warehouse Team Leader to join our Supply Chain Centre in Cambuslang.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all targets are met in a cost-effective and safe manner.
Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring all daily targets are achieved efficiently and safely, and supporting team performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the department.

Success in this role looks like
- Experience leading people in a warehouse environment, with strong training, communication and organisational skills.
- Good understanding of manual handling, Health & Safety legislation, and Food Safety standards.
- Able to identify risks and resolve issues quickly while maintaining high operational standards.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.
- IOSH qualification preferred; Forklift and Fire Warden training are nice to have.
