About The Role
As our Estates Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping stores stay open, trading and ready for what’s next. This is a 12‑month Fixed Term Contract, field‑based. You’ll manage a varied portfolio of sites, working across lease renewals, rent reviews, lease exits and wider estate matters. It’s a role with real pace, real ownership and plenty of variety, working closely with franchisees, landlords, external advisers and colleagues across the business. If you enjoy balancing technical property expertise with practical problem‑solving, and you’re at your best when you’ve got plenty to get stuck into, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Bring

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands‑on estates role with a broad and busy portfolio. You’ll take ownership of lease events and wider estate matters across a large number of stores, helping to minimise property costs, protect trading locations and keep things moving for franchisees and the wider business.
- Managing lease renewals, lease variations, rent reviews and lease exits in a timely and commercially sensible way
- Building trusted working relationships with franchisees, landlords and external advisers so estate issues are resolved clearly and efficiently
- Reviewing costs, notices, repairs, rents and other property matters carefully, making sure information is accurate and actions are followed through
