What You’ll Bring
- This role is perfect if you enjoy working with data to solve real business problems and want to build your career in customer analytics.
- You’ll be based in Manchester or Milton Keynes, working closely with marketing and digital teams to turn customer behaviour into meaningful insight.
- Experience working with data in an analytics, data science or insights role, ideally within a retail or e‑commerce environment.
- Strong SQL skills, with the ability to extract, manipulate and analyse large datasets.
- Experience with customer analytics, including segmentation (e.g. RF/RFM) and lifecycle analysis.
- Experience using reporting or visualisation tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python or R).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Help us understand what our customers are doing and why and turn that into insight teams can act on.
- You’ll work closely with marketing, CRM and commercial teams, supporting campaigns and helping improve how we connect with customers.
- Analyse customer behaviour, performance and segmentation to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
- Support campaign analysis and recommend ways to improve targeting, engagement and customer value.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards and datasets to support ongoing insight and decision‑making.
- Work closely with marketing and digital teams to provide clear, structured insight that informs strategy.
- Identify ways to improve reporting, data quality and analytical approaches over time.
