At Domino’s, your skills, ideas and judgement really matter. As our Senior Risk & Resilience Manager, you’ll play a key role in how we protect the business, respond when things don’t go to plan, and keep everything moving for our customers and franchise partners. Based in Milton Keynes (hybrid – 2 days in the office), this is a role with real ownership.

You’ll lead how we build and strengthen operational resilience across Domino’s UK & Ireland, helping teams stay prepared, think clearly under pressure, and recover quickly when it counts.

Build strong relationships across functions, working confidently with operations, technology, supply chain and finance teams.

  • You’ll lead the way we prepare for disruption and respond when it happens — making sure our plans are clear, practical and well understood across the business.
  • You’ll be a trusted point of contact for resilience, working closely with senior stakeholders and helping teams feel ready, not reactive.
  • Leading and improving our Operational Resilience and Business Continuity approach, ensuring critical activities are protected and recovery plans are tested and understood.
  • Acting as the subject matter expert for crisis and incident management, supporting preparation, coordination and follow‑up when major incidents occur.
