We are looking for a Food Innovation Manager to join our team. Based in Milton Keynes with a hybrid working model, you’ll split your time between the office, suppliers, and stores.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end to end food innovation projects, acting as the UK & Ireland subject matter expert and owning multiple developments from early concept through to launch via the Innovation Stage Gate process.
- Create exciting, on trend food concepts, developing, optimising and validating recipes that balance creativity, customer appeal, nutritional guidelines and commercial viability.
- Drive cross functional collaboration, working closely with Operations, Technical, Finance, Marketing and suppliers to ensure products are scalable, safe, and executable in store.
- Manage supplier partnerships and product quality, overseeing the journey from kitchen samples through factory trials to full production, ensuring consistency and quality standards are met.
- Champion the end-to-end consumer experience, supporting tastings, trials, research and packaging considerations to ensure every product delivers against Domino’s standards and strategy.
