As our Customer & Consumer Analytics Manager, you’ll play a key role in how we understand customers, spot opportunities and turn insight into action across the business. You’ll help shape decisions, guide a team, and improve how we use data to deliver a better experience for customers and stronger performance across the UK & Ireland.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting in tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
  • A background in customer, consumer or commercial analytics, ideally in an e-commerce or digitally led environment.
  • Experience managing or mentoring people, with the confidence to set priorities, coach others and maintain high standards.
  • The ability to communicate complex insight clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead customer, consumer and market insight across the UK & Ireland business, turning findings into actionable recommendations for Marketing, Digital, Product and Operations.
  • Own SQL‑led analysis, customer segmentation, behavioural modelling and dashboard development, helping senior stakeholders track performance and spot opportunities earlier.
  • Manage and develop a team of analysts, setting priorities, coaching great work and building a culture of curiosity, evidence‑based thinking and analytical quality.
