We are a Multi Unit, Multi Brand Operator based in Fleet, Hampshire which manages business units across 28 sites around the UK. We work primarily in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) sector, with several well-known brands. Due to growth, we are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team to support the implementation of the marketing strategy and business development, to maintain our position in the market and build future growth.

The key duties will include:

  • Supporting the Leadership Team in coordinating and executing campaigns and audience programs to support the marketing strategy
  • Collaborating with Store teams and Operational team to respond to business needs and seasonal fluctuations
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure alignment of message and approach where appropriate
  • Utilising internal communication software and programmes (MS Teams, Slack, Freshdesk) to effectively plan and communicate marketing activity collaboratively
  • Supporting with event management including exhibition support and seminars where needed

Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience in Food and Beverage, QSR or FMCG environments. You will be comfortable working with Office 365, SharePoint, and content management platforms such as Kontentino. You will also have experience in Social Media marketing and Multi Channel marketing strategy and execution. You’ll have experience of campaign coordination. Experience of managing your own time and completing multiple tasks/assignments with potentially competing deadlines. Experience of working with digital marketing. Degree level educated (Preferably in Marketing, Business or other related field).
