We are currently looking to recruit a Shift Manager for our very successful franchise. In return, you’ll earn a competitive salary per hour.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Set and implement standard operating procedures and service standards of the store.
  • Manage the assigned staff for both front and back of house to ensure brand standards are achieved.
  • Manage, motivate, recruit, train, and develop staff according to company policies and employment laws.
  • Oversee card payment systems in accordance with company policies, prioritizing staff and customer safety.
  • Maintain the effectiveness of IT and other in-store systems, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
  • Manage, maintain, and report daily stock of all food and beverage items; ensure correct checking, storage, and data entry of deliveries.
  • Handle health & safety, security, and emergency systems, ensuring staff and customer awareness according to policies and laws.
  • Engage in ongoing training to develop personal skills and capabilities, utilizing company or approved training providers.

Our ideal Shift Manager will:

  • Have experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-volume retail food service environment at manager or assistant manager level.
  • Have a desire to progress to an Area Manager role.
