We are currently looking to recruit a Shift Manager for our very successful franchise. In return, you’ll earn a competitive salary per hour.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Set and implement standard operating procedures and the service standards of the store.
  • Manage the pre-assigned staff for both front and back of house and ensure that the brand standards are achieved.
  • Manage, motivate, recruit, train, and develop staff according to company policies and employment laws.
  • Manage card payment systems in accordance with company-defined procedures and policies, prioritizing staff and customer safety at all times.
  • Maintain the effectiveness of IT and other essential in-store systems, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
  • Oversee daily stock management of all food and beverage items, ensuring correct checking, storage, and data entry of food deliveries.
  • Manage health & safety, security, and emergency systems, along with staff and customer awareness programs, in accordance with company policies and relevant laws.
  • Develop personal skills and capabilities through ongoing training provided by the company or approved training providers.

Our ideal Shift Manager will:

  • Have experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-volume retail food service environment at manager or assistant manager level.
  • Have the desire to progress to an Area Manager role.
