We are currently looking to recruit a Shift Manager for our successful franchise. In return, you’ll earn a competitive salary per hour.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Set and implement standard operating procedures and the service standards of the store.
  • Manage pre-assigned staff for both front and back of house to ensure brand standards are achieved.
  • Manage, motivate, recruit, train, and develop staff according to company policies and employment laws.
  • Manage card payment systems in accordance with company procedures, prioritizing staff and customer safety.
  • Manage and maintain the effectiveness of IT and other essential in-store systems, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
  • Manage, maintain, and report daily stock of all food and beverage items, ensuring correct checking, storage, and data entry of food deliveries.
  • Oversee health & safety, security, and emergency systems, along with staff and customer awareness, following company policies and legal requirements.
  • Develop personal skills through ongoing training provided by the company or approved training providers.

Our ideal Shift Manager will:

  • Be experienced in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-volume retail food service environment at manager or assistant manager level.
  • Have the desire to progress to an Area Manager role.
