Shift Manager

The role of Shift Manager is key to supporting the franchisee and senior management team to ensure the every shift is run efficiently and in accordance with the company policies and procedures. You will directly lead, coach and inspire all team members on your shift to ensure they provide total customer satisfaction and a great product at all times.
We’ll give you the knowledge and skills for this role if you can provide the determination and attitude to become an inspiring leader. You’ll be someone who is outgoing, open, up for the challenge and keen to develop your personal communication skills.
