The Instore Team Member role involves producing high-quality pizzas and side items to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain brand image.

Responsibilities:
- Make all pizza bases to the desired standard, from dough to toppings and the final product.
- Follow HTA standards and call out load times, ensuring every order is in the oven within 3 minutes.
Food hygiene:
- Maintain good personal hygiene and adhere to uniform & grooming standards.
- Obtain a Level 2 or higher food hygiene certificate (this will be completed during training).
Safety & security:
- Observe health and safety rules at all times.
- Follow restrictions related to safety and security issues.
Teamwork:
- Assist colleagues during slow periods in your area of expertise.
- Show commitment and cooperation with others.
- Participate in store activities such as distributing leaflets and attending fresher\’s fairs as part of local store marketing.
- Take responsibility for your own development and training.
Essential skills/experience needed:
- Ability to work quickly and positively during busy periods.
- Ability to learn and understand pizza codes to produce correct products.
