The Instore Team Member role involves producing high-quality pizzas and side items to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain brand image.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all pizza bases to the desired standard, including dough, toppings, and the final product.
  • Follow HTA standards and call out load times, ensuring every order is in the oven within 3 minutes.

Food Hygiene:

  • Maintain good personal hygiene and follow uniform & grooming standards.
  • Hold a Level 2 or higher food hygiene certificate (training provided).

Safety & Security:

  • Observe health and safety rules at all times.
  • Adhere to safety and security restrictions as required.

Teamwork:

  • Assist colleagues during slow periods in your area of expertise.
  • Show commitment and cooperation with team members.
  • Participate in store activities such as distributing leaflets and attending local marketing events.
  • Take responsibility for your own development and training.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Ability to work quickly and positively during busy periods.
  • Ability to learn and understand pizza coding to produce correct products.
  • Knowledge of food safety and its impact on the business.
