The Instore Team Member role involves producing high-quality pizzas and side items to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain brand image.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare all pizza bases to the desired standard, including dough, toppings, and the final product.
- Follow the HTA standards and monitor load times, ensuring every order is in the oven within 3 minutes.
- Food Hygiene: Maintain a good level of personal hygiene and adhere to uniform & grooming standards. Hold a Level 2 or higher Food Hygiene Certificate (training provided).
- Safety & Security: Observe health and safety rules at all times. Follow safety and security restrictions as applicable.
- Teamwork: Assist colleagues during slow periods in your area of expertise. Demonstrate a spirit of cooperation and commitment. Participate in store marketing activities, such as distributing leaflets and attending fresher's fairs. Take responsibility for your own development and training.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Ability to work quickly and positively during busy periods.
- Ability to learn and understand pizza coding for accurate product preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety and its impact on the business.
