The Instore Team Member role involves producing high-quality pizzas and side items to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain brand image.

Responsibilities:
- Make all pizza bases to the desired standard from dough, toppings, and the end product.
- Follow HTA standards and call out load times, ensuring every order is in the oven within 3 minutes.
Food Hygiene:
- Maintain good personal hygiene and follow uniform & grooming standards.
- Hold a Level 2 or higher food hygiene certificate (training provided).
Safety & Security:
- Observe health and safety rules.
- Adhere to safety and security restrictions.
Teamwork:
- Contribute to team efforts, especially during slow periods.
- Display commitment and cooperation.
- Participate in store marketing activities, such as distributing leaflets and attending fairs.
- Take responsibility for your own development and training.
Essential Skills/Experience:
