The Instore Team Member role involves producing high-quality pizzas and side items to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain brand image.

Responsibilities:

  • Make all pizza bases to the desired standard from dough, toppings, and the end product.
  • Follow HTA standards and call out load times, ensuring every order is in the oven within 3 minutes.

Food Hygiene:

  • Maintain good personal hygiene and follow uniform & grooming standards.
  • Hold a Level 2 or higher food hygiene certificate (training provided).

Safety & Security:

  • Observe health and safety rules.
  • Adhere to safety and security restrictions.

Teamwork:

  • Contribute to team efforts, especially during slow periods.
  • Display commitment and cooperation.
  • Participate in store marketing activities, such as distributing leaflets and attending fairs.
  • Take responsibility for your own development and training.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Ability to work quickly and positively during busy times.
  • Ability to learn and understand pizza coding to produce correct products.
  • Knowledge of food safety and its impact on the business.
